Supported Formats

We currently provide nine formats within the Zipped file you will receive, those being DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PCS, PES, VIP, VP3 and XXX (unless otherwise specified on the products page). We do not sell/support any other formats.

Please DO NOT open up the files in any form of software, just upload straight to a USB stick and transfer to your machine directly.

Basically it is a software conversion problem, not a problem with the file. We recommend not opening up the files in any sort of software, but rather just uploading directly to your embroidery machine. That being said, if you do choose to open up the pattern in software than you need to set your software settings to open the file as a STITCH file and NOT an OBJECT or OUTLINE file. If you do that, your software will not read and convert the stitches it will just open the sewing stitch file without any changes to the stitches.

The table below will help you figure out which format refers to which embroidery machine type.

Check your machine's manual and your dealer for their input on the matter, too.
