Returns, Exchanges & Duplicate Purchases
Because of the digital nature of our product, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
But please contact us should you have any problems with your order, such as missing or corrupt files. We will work with you replace them.
In some cases people have been known to purchase the same thing more than once in the same transaction (mistakes happen). In cases such as these, please let us know the transaction number(s) for the duplicate purchase and we will credit your account the difference. You may then apply that credit towards a future purchase.
Currently you will need to sign up for an account in order to place an order with us. This allows us to cross reference your order with the past 50 orders you've made in order to negate the potential for duplicate design orders (we cannot go any further than 50 orders due to how that impacts our stores performance... i.e. more purchase history = longer cart delays).
