Returns, Exchanges & Duplicate Purchases
Because of the digital nature of our product, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
But please contact us should you have any problems with your order, such as missing, corrupt files or discounts that did not apply. We will work with you replace them or provide you a store credit for the difference.
In some cases people have been known to purchase the same thing more than once in the same transaction (mistakes happen). In cases such as these, please let us know the transaction number(s) for the duplicate purchase and we will credit your account the difference. You may then apply that credit towards a future purchase.
Currently you will need to sign up for an account in order to place an order with us. This allows us to cross reference your order with past orders you've made in order to negate the potential for duplicate design orders.
