You will receive nine formats... DST, EXP, HUS, JEF PES, VIP, XXX, PCS and VP3. We do not sell/support any other formats. A thread chart will also be provided for the pattern as well.
As these items are in a digital format, not finished product. **It is YOUR responsibility to know and understand your the size of your hoops, their capabilities and sewing fields. There are no refunds.
If you get the wrong file type, or if there is a problem with the file you receive... it can be resent in the correct format.
